- Create change management plans to support the successful delivery and implementation of Workday Student with the University of British Columbia’s administrative units: VP Students, VP Academic & Provost, The Planning and Institutional Research Office, the International Student Initiative, and more
- Secured over $3.5 million dollars in WordPress and Drupal website design and support contracts
- Elevate content through social media, case studies, and blog publications at Kalamuna, a Drupal and WordPress inspired website design agency, and grew their publications and impact by 460% in 22 months
- Oversaw the Second Wave Dive community platform with over 300 design executives to enable strategic design leaders to make better decisions and increase their value from companies around the world
- Established a community of practice with over 150 local government planners to learn and share experiences that will enable greater uptake of gentle density in British Columbia
- Manage and implement website and brand redesigns with Create|Act, Willoughby Regulatory Services, and Small Housing BC
- Assisted in program development with Volta’s 45+ early-stage startup companies to ensure they have the tools and support they need to be successful
